| From initial material procurement and production
planning to final delivery, Quality Control is involved.
Our computer assisted coordinate measuring machines, fixed and
adjustable gauges, surface finish, weight,
conductivity and coating thickness gauges all work to insure the
integrity of our product. |

| During production, first article inspection of
each machine cut ensures the exactness of finished parts.
Careful control of each processing step ensures that end items
conform to customer requirements and applicable
specifications, Each lot run is inspected on a statistical
sampling basis. In house packaging and packing to strict
government, military, and customer specifications is the
final step in our quality control system. |

inspection, and our experienced, knowledgeable
inspection staff work completely independently of production.
Our rigid quality standards pay off. Our in plant rejection rate is
less than three percent, and customer rejections amount to
less than 0.4 percent. |
